Kitchen Dinners
Our monthly celebration of food and wine
Our Kitchen Dinners are led each month by a different member of our very talented team. Matching wines will be provided by Will Bentley from the excellent eponymous shop across the square. The menu will celebrate seasonal produce, sourced locally, and cooked with our usual care and skill. There is one sitting at 7.30pm and numbers are limited.

Split pea and mint bruschetta with either ham hock or (vegetarian alternative) purple sprouting broccoli and lemon hollandaise
Heaphy Nelson Sauvignon Blanc
Sweet and spicy beef or (vegetarian alternative) sticky roast tofu in a Thai style coconut, lime and ginger broth with shitake mushrooms, pak choy and + lentil crackers
Turckheim, Alsace Gewurztraminer "Sables et Galets" (white)

Poached rhubarb, cardamom custard, ginger crumble
